Well, due to the circumstances, you wouldn't want to use something someone else used (even once) on their mask. Hopefully you can understand, for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise right now.
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damages in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email within 7 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
